John Hyams second Universal Soldier sequel following the brilliant Cronenbergian "Regeneration". This is the darker, malformed twin of that perfect b movie. Inventively staged, tactile fight scenes occur in a psychedelic nightmare about post traumatic stress disorders.
A kaleidoscopic war of mind control informed by A Clockwork Orange, Apocolypse Now, The Manchurian Candidate, and Enter the Void.
