We all know the story of the only hijacked airliner on 11 Sept 01 not to reach its hijackers' target, but this portrays the horror which resulted from what started as a very ordinary day well. No attempt was made to explain, which left us in the position of the passengers and of those who had to cope with this tragedy in their day's work.
