Review of United 93 (2006) by Alec B — 11 Jan 2010
No one should ever attempt to make another film about 9/11, Paul Greengrass has made the best film possible about that day. It would be easy to make a movie with a huge cast about politicians or people in the Twin Towers or at the Pentagon but Greengrass distances himself from those moments and focuses on the plane that didn't reach its target as well as the air traffic controllers.
Its a film about absolute fear and confusion and its has some of the most real emotional moments that have ever been put on film.
