Review of United 93 (2006) by Christy C — 06 Dec 2011

United 93 manages to do the impossible - Depict a real-life tragedy without placing blame on an established villain nor reducing to Hollywood standards of action and drama. We will never know precisely what occurred on Flight 93, but this film gives us the closest insight possible and does so with class.

There is suspense without singling out any one character or manipulating emotions. It simply is what it is, as the viewer watches and awaits the inevitable.
