Review of Unfriended (2014) by Taylor M — 05 Feb 2017
Somewhat original and a solid premise coupled with underlying themes of cyberbullying and the addiction people have to being online make this better than it should've been. It is also really well edited, plenty of tense scenes and some quite shockingly realistic violence but it isn't all that scary, the script is shallow and the shrieks and screams of the characters does get a bit wearisome towards the end but fortunately the film doesn't outstay its welcome with a short runtime.
