"Affair" can be an element to making cheap, lame, softcore porns. Through the eyes of Adrian Lyne, [Unfaithful] is a fairly decent & sexy piece. Beautiful cinematography, montage-editing & art direction.
Diane Lane is extraordinarily appealing & good in this one; whilst Richard Gere is wooden as ever as he has been. Like every Hollywood feature, no matter how potentially out of the box it was, the narrative was "inevitably" stereotyped in the 2nd half.
