Review of Underworld: Evolution (2006) by Timone — 11 Jun 2018
Okay, so after the first Underworld which I unexpectedly not a fan of however I finally did watch the sequel Underworld: Evolution making sure I find it to be good than the first and, no. I didn't find it to be as good but yet not a bad film per say but I expect far more from this.
Underworld: Evolution follows after Underworld previously where Selene fights werewolves and now in Evolution, she has to go and fight Markus Corvinus to protect the future from his hidden past. And he remember the flashbacks by stabbing and biting someone.
Yeah I know Selene does the same thing. Okay, not the stabbing. Did I forget to mention that Underworld is the same thing as Resident Evil? No, I haven't. Other than that, I can't remember a thing about Underworld: Evolution apart from the constant werewolf fights and they're not as enjoyable but what can I say? It's for the fans.
As much I find the first Underworld to be just okay, this one is mediocre but still all right but I wasn't a fan like I said. Will I watch it again? I don't know. I might have the same reaction if I did decided to watch it again.
However I'm glad I've watched the first one twice and this one once. But if you do like Underworld: Evolution like the first one then this is probably for you and the fan base. Pop it in and judge for yourself.
