Review of Underworld (1927) by Paco B — 17 Mar 2012
A flashy and shallow approach to the classic tale of vampires and werewolves. The film drags on a little too long and suffers from some overly dramatic action sequences. The characters are poorly developed and not very likable.
The transformations seem cheap and the whole concept of using modern weaponry is bland. A sub-par film with much untapped potential.
