Review of Undertow (2009) by Susan B — 08 Oct 2010
Just saw this at the Lumiere theater in San Francisco. Really beautiful movie with a thoughtful story about two men in love... one straight and married and the other not. Takes place in a small fishing village in Peru.
The tenderness and love between the men was beautifully done... no political agendas or conversations about them creeped in to the dialogue which was refreshing and real... makes you think of all the times you go into competition for someone's love and why.
