Review of Undertow (1930) by Perseu E — 24 Feb 2007
An interesting film, even though it has a lot to say but too little to deliver. The first half is impressive, but once it gets into 'man on the run' territory, it becomes too trivial. The unusual editing brings freshness to the story, as well as a powerful performance by Jamie Bell.
