This truely an underatted movie. yes it is stupid mindless entertainment that probably was only made to cash in on Austin Powers. But I love this film because its more of an ode to old blaxplotation films.
and not only that but the soundtrack is one of the best for a movie and it has Billy Dee Williams, NPH, and James woods in it. it is a modern fan of Funk's friend.
