Review of Under the Skin (2014) by Beastj18 — 26 Apr 2018
Everything about this film is exquisite, the cinematography, the editing, the subtle performance, the direction, etc... All of these film aspects are done to the most masterful and subdued manner, to create an imagine that tells the story, with little exposition from dialogue.
This is an instant critical classic that explores humanity, love, compassion and a lot more undertones. The most Kubrickian film ever made, without being directed by the legend himself.
