I always enjoy watching this movie because of the actors. It's a Steven Seagal movie and he's cool. But the other characters make the movie especially Tommy Lee Jones. He is awesome as William Strannix.
I enjoy all of this scenes. Everyone else was fun and crazy (Gary Busey). It's an easy movie to watch and not complicated. Good versus bad on a battleship in the middle of the ocean. Steven Seagal isn't amazing but he works with this formula made movies.
Good 90s flick.
