Seagal's best film is a pale imitation of a superior action film.
Following in the trend of Cliffhanger and Sudden Death comes another Die Hard rip-off that is actually a good watch.
The strong casting of Tommy Lee Jones and Gary Busey save this film. Seagal handles the action well with his usual stoic expressionless face but its the villains who have the most fun here.
