Review of Uncut Gems (2019) by Abm0 — 19 May 2020

I heard someone describe this as thrilling or a non-stop rush or something like that, so I gave it a shot as something to watch with a bag of chips. It's BS. It's suffering through 2 hours of Sandler talking like he's got pebbles in his mouth, in a long unintelligible sequence of people yelling and talking over eachother.

All it worked well for was getting me through my bag of chips. When that ended, the movie had to be stopped immediately, and I was only halfway through. Had to move on to something not-stupid ASAP.

Don't waste your time on this one.
