This film is quietly amazing. It's essentially about a man dying of kidney disease who is visited by dead relatives, but that doesn't really do it justice. There's a strange, matter-of-fact kind of magical realism going on here that I have never quite seen before.
It's a slow film ... 2 hours long ... but it felt like I had been watching it for half an hour when it ended.
