Review of Unbroken (2014) by Jay C — 02 Feb 2015
I very generously give Unbroken 2 stars for the incredibly moving storyline. This does not always mean it is a good movie, in this instance specifically if does not. The movie is about an American Olympic athlete who goes into war and gets captured by Germany.
The Germans do everything in there power to break the superstar athlete as they know it would hurt the country significantly. The movie is extremely slow moving and I felt as though I was in the theater for 5 hours.
Altogether I gave it a generous 2 out of 5 stars.
