Tonight I watched Unbroken. Directed by Angelina Jolie, Unbroken takes you through the story of Louie Zamperini while he is a POW of Japan during WWII. I love Jack O'Connell especially in the film Starred Up.
He does a good job portraying Louie in Unbroken. It is a beautiful shot film. My only gripe with Unbroken is it being a POW film, it doesn't have a lot of emotion. Yes there are scenes where you feel it but I feel these men should have been more emotional while in the camps.
It seemed they were just going with the flow and I highly doubt that's how it was.
