Review of Unbreakable (2000) by Yoonki C — 03 Apr 2017
Unbreakable, is from the creator of the successful and shocking The Sixth Sense. This is an extremely underrated film. Not understood and appreciated back at the 2000s. A highly original film with a central outstanding settle performance from Bruce Willis and Samuel L.
Jackson. A retelling fork of "What if Superman lived on Earth and did not knew his true identity". Also, this film is a quietly suspenseful film that engages the audiences to unpredictable twists and turns while leaving thoughtfulness of a highly original and unconventional origin story of a superhero.
A misunderstood gem, Unbreakable is one of M. Night Shyamalan's best film throughout his career and also one of the masterpieces of this decade.
