Yeah, I guess eventually I had to watch this. It clearly inspired a lot of things, like the skull moth from The Silence of the Lambs and the little The Cheats coming out of Strong Sad's hands in TMBG's "Experimental Film" video.
Dave Stewart even cites it as an inspiration for the "Sweet Dreams" video. Based on that, I'll give it points for historical significance and uniqueness, but I'm not one of those assholes who'll pretend to understand it.
