Review of Un Chien Andalou (1929) by Kenneth S — 30 Mar 2009
Luis Bunuel and Salvador Dali's UN CHIEN ANDALOU is sheer brilliance. A result of the surrealist cinema of the late '20s and early '30s, this film stands as the most famous. No logic or sense are involved, and if you can find any symbolism, it's all unintentional.
Shocking and baffling images abound and stick with you long after you watch this 16-minute short film.
