Review of Two Summers (2002) by Pedro P — 16 Jan 2008
Fun and entertaining romantic comedy by one of my favourite Brazilian filmmakers, Jorge Furtado (The Man Who Copied). A coming of age story about a kid who falls in love with the girl he lost his virginity with, a stranger who scamed him with a fake pregnancy and abortion.
Furtado has a very intelligent and self-critic approach to cinema. His films are always clever and always rewarding.
