Review of Two Days, One Night (2014) by Steve W — 25 Jan 2015
It is critical towards society and how society doesn't care about everyone. At first I thought the film wanted to show us how some people are victimised by this society, but the film actually wants us to realise that all of us together create society and that we have a choice, all of us.
The Dardenne brothers picture the people who choose not to agree with the status quo, who fight and make a difference for the people around them. These people show their children exactly how they should grow up.
