Review of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992) by Sean N — 11 Feb 2010
A great effort from Lynch even though critics and fans alike panned this movie in the oven. At once, I felt that Lynch was trying to be a little too vague but it turns out, there was enough footage for a five hour movie which may have been his intention to release the entire time.
His version which will probably never be released might answer a lot more questions especially ones that arise in the movie itself. As for now, the film doesn't actually answer much but shows us a bit more to the character of Laura Palmer.
It's an almost one sided story in its butchered two hour form. Oh well.
