Review of Turtles Can Fly (2004) by Angela B — 30 Jun 2007
I don't think I'll ever forget this movie. It's set in a Kurdish refugee camp at a time when the americans were on their way (the first time). Given the subject matter it is a surprising humourous movie, but, inevitably, ultimately heart-breaking.
I'm going to make it my mission to get as many people as possible to see this movie.
