Review of Turtles Can Fly (2004) by Zhen X — 13 Dec 2007
In pre-war Iraq a group of refugee camp children tries to make sense of the chaos in their lives. This story, confined by children's "plays" reached so many dimensions of love, friendship, and human suffering.
This was absolutely heart-breaking. It made me wonder will god ever forgive what we have done to each other.
