The worst planned film of all time. This was not up to par with the first PR film! The first one had foam latex suit kind of like batman, this one had shitty spandex & this time they made a kid named Justin into a Ranger, WHY!? He grows an additional 3 feet to be adult sized when morphed? The only welcome piece was the addition of Kimberly & Jason being in the film.
The first Movie Was A million times better. Funny thing is Even Jason David Frank (Tommy) thought this was a bad movie & he was in it...
