Definitely not one of DreamWork's best, but certainly not one of its worst either. With quirky humor, colorful visuals, heart-pounding racing action, and a soundtrack that's definitely worth "bumping" to, Turbo is harmless, family fun that's sure to put a smile on anyone's face.
