Review of Tsotsi (2005) by Vig S — 15 Dec 2007
I really enjoyed this film as it embraced and diminished the values of stereotypes. It shows the almost horrifying distance between the rich and the poor in South Africa, and how it can lead people to ruin their own lives in pursuit of something better.
The only thing that annoys me is that the music at times was far too loud and far, far too dramatic.
