Its one of those film, either u are moved abt it.. or u think its a waste of time.. unfortunately, I cant decide... I can understand y people are moved by it, it deals with poverty desperation and teenage gang behavior.
..but it just doesnt build up... and its ok.. its just ok-lahh.
