Review of Tsotsi (2005) by Casey G — 09 Mar 2009
First off- amazing soundtrack. But also, wonderful film. I loved the inner, and often silent, struggle of the main character, Tsotsi. Unlike American films that tend to painfully spell everything out, this movie leaves Tsoti with a sense of personal space.
It is not necessary to hear all of his reasons for making soul-changing decisions, he just does because he's human.
