As an inspiring journalist, I really wanted to enjoy this movie, but it was just boring, honestly. Cate Blanchett, is a revelation with her most recent win with Blue Jasmine, her role in Cinderella and her upcoming Carol, she is on a role.
In Truth, she really gives it her all as well as Robert Redford as Dan Rather, but that is not enough to save the poorly written, sloppy script. There is really no need to see this movie in theaters really or in general because it won't be getting any nominations what's so ever.
