Review of True Romance (1993) by Corpse M — 25 Sep 2011
There were lots of things that I liked about true romance but I just couldnt get over the fact that this dude fell in love with a whore so quickly. His standards would have to b wayyyyyyy low but nevertheless his love for her seemed excessive and christian slater bothered me as the lead character.
With that said there were lots of great supporting roles. This was probably brad pitts easyiest roll just having to sit there and "act" dumb, christopher walker was his usual greatness and the actor who played slaters dad had the best line in the whole movie.
There is lots going for this movie but I just couldnt get over the origonal concept.
