With it's interconnecting storylines, sexy leading lady, ultra-violence and good dose of comedic banter this is clearly Tarantino territory. But this Quentin script being told by Tony Scott makes it more streamlined and easier to follow than most QT flicks.

I dont know how he always manages to wrangle these great casts, but the supporting cast in TR is one of the best in history. Walken, Hopper, Pitt, Gandolfini, Rapaport, Sizemore, Oldman, Penn, Samuel L, and Val Kilmer all in supporting roles ensures every scene is entertaining.

Especially the sitdown talk between Walken and Hopper. Every time I see movie I am always surprised by how violent Gandolfini's hotel room fight with Patricia Arquette is. Reminds me of that weekend I dont remember with that hooker we'll never forget.
