Review of True Romance (1993) by Moore S — 24 Apr 2011

By collecting a huge cast for this movie Tony Scott used it wisely considering the fact that only two characters in this movie had more than 2-3 scenes. Let's see, Gary Oldman - 1 scene. Samuel L. Jackson - 1 scene.

Brad Pitt - 3 scenes that were probably shot throughout 1 hour. Christopher Walken - 1 scene. Val Kilmer - 2 scenes (barely seen), Dennis Hopper - 2 scenes. I wouldn't call Michael Rapaport and Tom Sizemore huge stars, but their presence did help, of course.

As the movie itself, for 1993, this is pretty damn good. A lot of guns, drugs and sex, which is so typical for any good 90's movie. However, Tarantino touch to this didn't win my sympathy, so overall, a good movie, but not amazing.
