From the directors of The Big Lebowski (1998) and No Country for Old Men (2007), this is one of the best modern westerns ever. The Coen Brothers sure have a flair for making excellent films. The characters are compelling, with Hailee Steinfield, Matt Damon and especially Jeff Bridges giving some strong performances, to make for a truly fun and memorable western, without mentioning that there's also a pretty funny, but suddle, sense of humor to it blended with drama.
Overall, True Grit is one of the Coen Bros at there best. Recommended !!
