A womanizing and drunk reporter (Clint Eastwood) looks to uncover the facts about a man who is condemned on death row. The movie starts with originality and then turns conventional but still contains some great drama.
There are powerful themes involving race and our justice system. This is yet another entertaining Eastwood film.
