Review of Troy (2004) by Dave L — 13 Nov 2011
The utlimate sword and sandals epic starring Brad Pitt as Achilles (only a matter of time before that happened). There is some moments of wooden dialogue but the sheer entertainment value of this film overrules that.
The battle scenes are well-staged and this bring Homer's Illiad to life- the classic about love and war and the woman who launched a thousand ships.
