Review of Trouble the Water (2008) by Bryant W — 09 Jul 2011
Trouble The Water offers an inside look before, during and after the storm. Much of the footage was shot from a consumer grade camcorder and was put together brilliantly to showcase the calamity of one New Orleans family from the ninth ward.
Their story is one that details a hard life in New Orleans, coping through the disaster and eventually arriving at personal transformation as a result of Hurricane Katrina. As an amatuer documentary its brilliant and offers inspiration in the face of disaster!
