Review of Tron (1982) by Rainer K — 27 Jul 2011
TRON is arguably one of the visually most beautiful and colourful films in history and despite its age still impressive and partly stunning. I would even say although thirty years older it's better eye candy than TRON: Legacy.
The plot and the setting is somehow funny regarding how someone imagined the inside of a computer and if you don't expect great acting and screenplay you will be entertained.
Tron, the character, is, in my opinion, one of the more likable characters in film history escpecially if you take his role in TRON: Legacy into account as well.
