A weird horror film from John Carl Buechler ("Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood", upcoming "Troll" remake). This is about a troll in an apartment complex that turns the tenants into trolls or fairies. It's what you would expect from a B-movie.
The movie stars Noah Hathaway, Jenny Beck, June Lockhart ("Lost in Space"), and Phil Fondacaro ("Bordello of Blood"). This film also has some notable people in this: Sonny Bono and Julia Louis-Dreyfus ("Seinfeld", "New Adventures of Old Christine").
I liked the pre-CGI effects. The acting was bad at points and story was absurd. 2/5 stars. (4/5/10).
