This is a Heat/Sicario wannabe which misses the mark. The performances are solid, and the concept is intriguing, but the execution is lacking. You never develop any affection for the characters, meaning the moments which are meant to be emotional hits fall flat.

This feels slow, in spite of the action, and the cast are under-utilised. A disappointing film. 4.
