Triple 9 despite having an ALL-STAR cast and impressive, visceral action scenes... The rest of movie is overly convoluted, plagued with 101 undeveloped sub-plot, and eventually comes undone with poor filmmaking.
VERDICT. A LOT of potential that turn ridiculous mess that's basically a poor man' Training Day meets Heat.
