Review of Trick 'r Treat (2007) by Eddie O — 21 Oct 2011

I had heard a couple reasons why this wasn't put in theaters but ultimately it wouldn't have made much money if it was. I'm kind of surprised it appears to be reviewed so well. Nothing too special in terms of scares or violence, but that's not to say that it's bad.

What it does have for a genre we all try so hard to predict is at least a few really big surprises that I could not have guessed.
