Not very good. It is an anthology movie, with four different stories loosely tied together by the theme that people who don't respect Halloween and flouts it's traditions will get what's coming to them in the end.
Two out of the four storylines are boring and unoriginal and utterly predictable, while the other two have some good moments. I simply can't give it a passing grade.
