THIS IS THE BEST MOVIE ABOUT HALLOWEEN EVER MADE. Now, for those of you who might argue that the 1978 John Carpenter's Halloween was better, I would respect your opinion, but I might argue that the idea of Halloween itself was really only an afterthought in that movie.
This film is centered around five stories, all occurring on the same Halloween night. They intertwine beautifully, and the surprises are all very genuine. Never before have I seen a film that put more thought into the actual atmosphere of the holiday itself, with the perfect balance of laughs, scares, and overall fun.
Highly recommended.
