Review of Trick 'r Treat (2007) by Sirek L — 11 Sep 2012
Dark horror comedy that really pushes the boundaries of horror films (they kill children), but the thing that sets this movie apart from modern horror is how smart it is. The film is classified as an anthology, but I don't think of it that way being that all the stories are tied together in a very interesting way.
It's scary, it's funny, it's witty, and VERY festive! Watch around Halloween.
