Review of Trick 'r Treat (2007) by Roland B — 26 Mar 2015
This is one of those horror movies that defines the word classic. Old school Halloween tales: ghost stories, sexy werewolf chicks, secret serial killers, and that whole camp fire feel the movie has. If you love Halloween then this is a recommended viewing without a doubt.
What I like most about this movie is how it know what it want to be. It has a choice: try to be scary and fall flat or forget all that and just pay tribute to Halloween whenever it can. Luckily it devotes all it's time to the l latter.
I would say this is definitely the definitive horror movie to watch on Halloween, and I can't say that about many horror movies.
