Review of Triage (2009) by Tilen ? — 17 Apr 2010
I think No Man's Land wasn't that good, but this film was. So I didn't expect much at the beginning, but Danis TanoviÄ? has done a great film. It's much a war film as post-war film. It's a drama about two photographers that go to Kurdistan. It's very good portered what it's going on in there minds, how they coupe with the surroundings, how they have different goals...
To some people film will probably drag, since it's not all action packed, but it doesn't leave you cold.
Colin Farrel did a great job and he had to loose a lot of wait for this part. It was nice to see Branko Djuric Djuro in a more serious role and I think it suited him perfectly. And let's not forget Christopher Lee. I hear he had to learn more lines then in any other of his films, and he has done a lot of them.
