Kingsley always plays a cracking baddy. In this one he is a cop gone bad. The typical story of Americans striding the world expecting everyone to care about twhat they want shows Harrelson giving one of his poorer performances of late.
I dont think it was him I just think his part could have been written so much better. Other than that the sotry is excellent and some of the Siberian wasteland scenes are beautiful.
